During the September 9 Nintendo Direct, Koei Tecmo announced The Apothecary Diaries: The False Imperial Brother, the first console game adaptation of The Apothecary Diaries anime series. The game is currently in development for the Nintendo Switch 2, scheduled to release in Early 2027.
